Football accounts for almost half of the betting market. As the most popular sport in the world, classic football is of interest to almost everyone. Some of its more dynamic and action oriented variants can also be of interest to people far from the world of sports.
Futsal
Let’s start with the well-known futsal, or, as it’s often called, mini football. Willing to bet live football spectators are attracted with dynamics, technical skill of performers and an abundance of scoring situations. The ball is rarely raised in the air, and most of the combinations are based on one-touch passes and medium passes. And a ban on tackling allows the more technically proficient players to show off their dribbling skills.
Indoor (Arena) soccer or showball
A game similar to futsal, but with a much higher tempo thanks to a board placed on the perimeter of the court that can be one to two meters high. The board performs two functions at once:
- almost completely eliminates outs and corners;
- allows you to play against the wall without a partner.
Jorkyball
In this game that is very popular in Asia, the ball does not go out of the court. It consists of a completely enclosed parallelepiped with four sides and a 2-on-2 contest. Spectators watch through the transparent walls.
Footvolleyball
A hybrid of beach football and volleyball that also features a large number of beautiful kicks on the drop. For training purposes, many professional footballers also play football with similar rules, but with a lower net.
Footdoubleball
This is a Ukrainian know-how that gained popularity in 2007, when someone suggested playing football with two balls. To monitor game situations in football there are two referees, whose whistles differ in tone. And coaches invent clever tactics with fluid game schemes.
Gaelic football
Gaelic is Irish national pastime and favorite sport that is also practiced in other countries. The game is a mixture of football and rugby.
The pitch is divided into zones, some of which may be played with your hands, others may only be played with your feet, head or torso. A goal is a hybrid of the usual football and rugby H goals and a goal against the lower ‘box’ scores 3 points, against the upper one, 1 point.
Australian football
The game followed by VulkanBet is also more similar to rugby or American football, with its hard knocks, pushes, jumps and martial arts moves. Nevertheless, goals here have to be scored with feet.
Florentine football (Calcio)
Back in the 16th century Italians invented a sport that nowadays could be described as a mixture of football, rugby and MMA. Paying homage to tradition, modern teams take to the field in traditional costumes. They play, 27 on 27, and the prize for the winners is a live goat. The rules are minimal, it is allowed, for example, to kick your opponent on one flank while the match is being fought on the other.
