- Refer to the Answer Key
After the test is successfully completed, the NTA will publish provisional UGC NET answer keys for the candidates, and if applicants have any objections, they may submit them within the period permitted, and the final answer key will be released later.
- Opt for Result Revaluation if Required
Because the UGC NET is administered online, the assessment procedure is carried out using computer-based technologies, which ensure transparency and the elimination of errors. As a result, the assessment procedure is error-free. However, in order to ensure openness, NTA also allows for the display of answer keys, response sheets, and the filing of challenges against the answer keys.
- Wait for the Merit List and Normalization
NTA will issue a merit list to identify the eligible applicants based on the UGC National Eligibility Test result and cutoff. - Verify Documents
Candidates who have qualified for the test will be called in for document verification. Candidates must bring the following documents to the document verification:
- Bank Draft, as specified in the UGC NET announcement
- Caste Certificate signed by the proper authorities (If applicable)
- Letter of Counseling (Photocopy and Original)
- 4 to 6 Passport Size Black and White Photographs
