Of all coffee shop St. Paul, Café Astoria serves some of the best lattes in town. As a bonus, their staff is amiable. Their latte art skills aren’t bad either! If you enjoy a good cup of Joe and some outstanding service, definitely put Café Astoria on your list of favorites. It will be worth your while.
The only downside is that they don’t have WIFI access at present. So if you need your daily dose of caffeine with a side of WIFI connectivity, we recommend heading elsewhere for now.
