Hospitality and tourism is a massive industry in Australia and generates around $94 billion in spending and accounts for 0.5 million jobs. Even if you don’t have any experience, you can usually pick up jobs working in cafes, restaurants and even hotels and hostels.
You may be fortunate enough to find a job that offers staff accommodation or living expenses so you can save a bit more too.
