- Launch the Creator Studio on your computer.
- Locate the Instagram icon at the top.

- You can click to connect a Facebook Page to the Instagram account you want to utilize in Creator Studio.

Under Choose Where Your Post Appear, you can select from the following options: Sneak a peek on Instagram and Facebook. Similar to the scheduling steps for Instagram posts, click the dropdown next to the publish button. Press Schedule from the menu. Instagram’s live video feature allows you to time your post (IGTV). Hit Schedule and you’re done.
