Mahito Powers in Jujutsu Kaisen tells the story of a cursed spirit, Mahito. He is one of the primary antagonists in this series, and his ultimate goal is to eradicate humanity and have cursed spirits replace them.

Mahito Background
Mahito is a cursed spirit. He first appears in Jujutsu Kaisen Volume 17, Chapter 45, but his existence has been foreshadowed since volume 16. Suguru Geto asks an older man about Mahito’s identity and what he represents at the end of volume 15.
He emerges from some dark portal and other new characters who are all on board Tojo’s ship near Kikaigashima Island. Although they’re confused by their present circumstances, they don’t hesitate to attack humans after realizing that none of them was evil spirits either. The group then divides into smaller cells led by each character for various purposes; these include reconnaissance missions and hunting down human survivors that have fled onto the island.
Mahito is the leader of a small group sent to Kikaigashima Island as part of their more significant task of destroying the last of humanity. As he surveys the island, his group attack by Kei Kishimoto and Kai Shimada, trying to recruit the surviving humans on the island. Mahito mistakes them for human children at first, but Kai quickly corrects him and gets into a fight with him.
Mahito Abilities
1) Mahito can alter bodies to their graves
Mahito is shown to instantly alter the bodies of other living beings back into their graves. This power can even work on cursed spirits, but it requires more time than humans since they have more substantial physical forms and are harder to destroy.
To defeat him, you’ll need jujutsu because he’s an evil spirit that has no effect against human attacks! Mahito introduces as an evil spirit who can’t be defeated by humans alone. Mahito jujutsu kaisen looks fantastic in his outfit, thanks to all those swords and belts holding weapons! He also wears an iron mask over most of his face, which makes him look intimidating too. His name means “great” or “large,” so I’m assuming that refers to how huge this guy compare with the others around him, like Suguru and Yuta.
2) Mahito can create portals
Mahito is shown using this ability to summon his companions; he likely uses these dark portals as doors to travel between worlds. This power also allows him and others like him to teleport at will. But they leave a dark mark wherever their bodies touch the ground before leaving, so people know where he came from.
In Jujutsu Kaisen, Mahito is the group leader whose ultimate goal is to eradicate humanity and replace them with cursed spirits. Jujutsu kaisen Mahito is truly evil with all of his connections! I don’t think there are any redeeming qualities about this guy other than being big and scary looking, thanks to those weapons attached everywhere on his body. It would be awesome if you could put together an action figure or model kit of mahito complete with all of its full gear!
3) Mahito can alter his size
Mahito is to be able to increase or decrease the size of his body. He can use this power to increase his size and strength, which he did when fighting Kai Shimada. But this power costs him a lot of energy, so he doesn’t do it often. This allows him to fight more enemies at once while increasing its range and effectiveness in combat.
It’s an exciting fact that mahito means “great”. Which I think fits perfectly with all of those large weapons attached to jjk Mahito’s person! It would also make sense because he uses jujutsu since both words begin with J as jutsu does for technique.
4) Mahito can summon other cursed spirits
Mahito is shown to call forth his fellow evil spirits to aid him during crucial moments. He uses this power when he’s about to be kill by Tojo. But Mahito summons an army of small-sized spirit creatures that easily overwhelm her.
This mahito jujutsu kaisen figure would fit well with all your other anime figures and collections! I know for sure it’ll look fantastic next to my Kirito SAO action figure if you decide to get one, too, along with its cool-looking sword accessory! I hope they make more characters like mahito because there are many interesting ones out there who don’t have much merchandise yet, like Suguru Geto.

5) Mahito’s transmutation ability allows him to reformat souls
Mahito’s transmutation ability allows him to reformat souls. This means he can remove shugoryous, the life force that resides in all living beings and essentially their soul or spirit, from a body and then places them into another one. For example, he used this power on Suguru Geto when his human host died in volume 18, chapter 51. So Yuta is technically now inside of Suguru’s body with Mahito jjk. Except for parts of Yuta are still within Shougo Kiryuu. Because they had merged at some point to form an incomplete jujutsu kaisen.
Suguru claims that his possession by two spirits which protect him from being fully overwritten by any other spiritual entity, including mages who have attempted it. Thus, in volume 18, chapter 52, he can resist Mahito’s attempt at erasing him.

Mahito is shown to be able to call forth his fellow evil spirits to aid him during crucial moments. He uses this power when he’s about the be killed by Tojo. But Mahito summons an army of small-sized spirit creatures that easily overwhelm her.
All your other anime figures and collections would look fantastic with this mahito jujutsu kaisen figurine! I’m really looking forward to displaying it with my Kirito SAO action figure next to her magnificent red dress! I’m hoping they add more people to the jujutsu kaisen cast who are like mathio. There are so many fascinating artists who don’t have much merchandise yet, such as Suguru Geto.
These are just some of mahito’s abilities that we’ve seen in the manga so far! He also has many more jujutsu powers that are even more destructive, but I don’t want to give too much away. We’ll have to wait and see what happens in the future volumes of jujutsu kaisen to find out!

1) Is Mahito Dead in jujutsu kaisen?
Is jujutsu kaisen mahito death. Yes, Mahito is dead in jujutsu kaisen. However, he has been able to return from the grave multiple times thanks to his powers of resurrection and shugoryou absorption. But this process requires a lot of time and energy, so each time, it’s harder for him to come back alive than before!
This mahito figure would make a perfect addition to your collection! I know you love all things anime because you’ve got some extraordinary figures already. Like Asuna from SAO with her excellent sword accessory too! I hope they’ll continue making mahitp merchandise. Because there aren’t that many around yet, even though he’d be an attractive character model or toy since we don’t get to see any cursed spirits who are good guys in the JJK anime.

Mahito’s ultimate goal is to bring about an apocalypse that will wipe out all of humanity and leave only cursed spirits behind. He believes that humans are the source of evil in this world because they constantly bring pain, misery, and hate wherever they go. So if he succeeds at destroying them. Then Mahito thinks it’ll create a utopia where jujutsu kaisen can live happily without any human interference! That sounds like a pretty cool anime figure right there, too. I think you’d agree!
3) Jujutsu Kaisen Characters, voice actors, and more
I hope you like mahito’s powers and abilities, Kirito action figure! There are so many interesting characters. I know mahito’s character is one of your favorites. Because he has an interesting story arc in the manga! If you haven’t read it yet. I recommend it to any anime fan out there since they put so much work into their stories and jujutsu kaisen characters like Suguru Geto. He may not be my personal favorite. But I still think his voice actor did a great job portraying him in the anime when he introduces as well! There are lots of other jujutsu kaisen characters who have exciting abilities, too. So I think you’d like them if you gave the series a chance!
The last thing on my mind right now are monsters that look like babies with glowing eyes! I’m sure you know what I think about that, but it’s not the time for jokes when mahito is trying to kill us all!
