Teacher training is the most essential part of the career of a teacher. It can be defined by the courses and qualifications which are followed and received by the teachers at the initial stage of their careers. Teacher training program is designed to provide students with professional knowledge and information during their learning period. A teacher today should be competent enough. Teacher is considered as a professional agent and medium of providing education and giving students a sound future with the help of professional knowledge. The efficiency of the teacher decides the future of the student whether he/she will grow with the information and knowledge provided by the teacher or suffer.
