The 90’s Cartoons were all the rage with kids from all over the country, but now that you’re older, you may still need to remember some of the best ones out there. Many are from shows based on movies or even adult cartoons that you may have missed during childhood! With that in mind, you can find a list of 20 cartoons from the 90s that you might have forgotten about and need to watch again immediately.

The 90s were home to some of the best cartoons to ever air on television, and today you’re go to take a look at the ones that are often overlook by pop culture but still held up as some of the most fabulous creations of all time. Whether they were overshadowing by their more famous counterparts or just fell off the radar over time, these shows deserve another look and can bring you back to your childhood if you need help!

An Introduction to 90s cartoons

It’s easy for 90s cartoons to go lost in the shuffle. With so many new, modern shows coming out, it can be hard to keep up with what’s popular now and what’s from a decade ago. But there are still some tremendous 90s cartoons worth revisiting that have somehow escaped your memory. Although full-length movies based on 90s cartoons have yet to keep pace with more recent ones, they’ve nonetheless remained faithful to their source material. There are some exceptions, like Batman: The Animated Series (which is decidedly more mature than its comic book counterpart), but these movies tend toward G-rated family fun.

Discussing 90s cartoons can bring back memories of our childhood and a sense of nostalgia that comes with every generation. However, some 90s cartoon icons might not live up to your expectations if you look closely at them. Here are just a few favorites you should give another look at.

The Wild Thornberrys

Pinky and the Brain

If you’re looking for a ’90s cartoon image that might have slipped under your radar. Then look no further than Pinky and the Brain. The show follows two lab mice living in a pet shop and plotting their takeover of the world. The Brain is constantly coming up with these elaborate schemes for world domination. Which he always believes will work this time.

Meanwhile, Pinky wants to sing his favorite song: Pinky and the Brain. Together they live out all of our childhood fantasies as we watch them plot to take over the world! The only problem is that both have yet to learn how to do it! One minute they’ll be successful, and everything blows up in their faces the next thing you know. And don’t get me start on their rivalry with George, an intellectual mouse from outer space (yes, you said it) who is also trying to take over the world.

Johnny Bravo

A tribute to the late great 90’ s cartoons animated series, Johnny Bravo is just one of the epic cartoon shows created by the celebrate artist Van Partible. Johnny Bravo is the central character of this cartoon series. In addition to that, the series stars a handsome, musclebound, and dumb-as-dirt main character. In addition to wearing fashionable sunglasses, he lives with his mommy. This is one of the funniest cartoons on Cartoon Network that shows; however, a youthful guy keeps trying new and diverse methods to attract a girl, yet nothing is fruitful.

In most cases, his efforts are unsuccessful, and he finds himself in challenging circumstances. Therefore, women reject his advances, and he ends up harmed comically. When he was a boy, he watch as his parents were gunned down in front of him during Nightmares in Scarlet. Rocko’s Modern Life

Rocko is a wallaby who lives with his best friend, Heffer, in the fictional town of O-Town. Rocko’s Modern Life was creat by Joe Murray and produce by Klasky Csupo, which also animate other great 90s cartoons such as Rugrats and Aaahh! Real Monsters. The show debuted on September 18th, 1993 and ran for four seasons before it ended on November 24th, 1996. Like many 90s cartoons, the original pilot episode Wacky Delly featured an appearance from David Spade. To this day, people still talk about their favorite episodes, such as Leap Frogs or Heck of a Hat which feature guest appearances from Dolly Parton and Burt Reynolds.

The Superman
