About Are You The One Series
Eight years ago, ten men and ten women were sequester in a mansion in Hawaii. They had one goal: determine whether they were all the one for each other. After weeks of sharing laughs, tears, romance, and some genuinely questionable dates. They discovered whether their experimental formula using math and science to build relationships really work. Whether they had just been pawns in someone else’s game.
However, while love conquered all that season, not everyone found a lasting relationship until now. At elimination each week, some pairs must leave until only one perfect game remains. But they still won’t know who the one is. (It could be any of them.) Season 1 aired on MTV: 2014. Each season, 12 men and women meet in a house to try to discover whether or not they are each other’s perfect match. They live together in isolation from society for eight weeks while answering and solving math equations to find their perfect season 1 are you the one matches. What Are you the one season 1 cast? In addition to being a dating show, it’s also a show about science. According to host Jonathan Murray and matchmakers Amy Rodriguez and Terrence Jenkins. They can find 20+ people who fit specific criteria (i.e., one is always lovely in front of their friends). And then, based on answers from a series of questions. They can predict that if these people date each other, we can say with about 75% certainty. Whether or not it’s true love for everyone involve. That could be why AYTO is so compelling — it’s not just watching people interact romantically. With one another and hoping they work out.
Couples who found each other
Season one focused on six couples who have a total compatibility score of 42 out of 100; that’s less than half. These relationships were put under stress in Week 5 when the cast learn about their poor compatibility scores. Each couple was number using a system from 1 to 10. Where one is supposed to be an incompatible match, and numbers 10 are perfect matches.
Each couple must decide whether they want to stay in or fold. Four couples decided to fold: One + Eight, Two + Seven, Three + Six, and Four + Five. If any of those, are you the one couples still together after learning their compatibility scores, they would have lasted a mere four weeks as opposed to 31 weeks together.
I was honestly devastated when we found out about our low compatibility score. I felt like such a failure—like I had already ruined my chances at finding love with Jordan in Paradise. However, other people have told me that it can work long-term if you’re willing to face your problems head-on instead of ignoring them. If your partner loves you for you, then there’s no reason for them not to stick around through all your hard times—and trust me, dating does involve plenty of hard times.
Compatible couples who didn’t find each other?
